Our office is open Mon-Friday from 9am-5pm to take bookings.
Our mobile service operates from 9am – 8pm 7 days a week except public holidays
fees
- fees are based on a travel distance of 15km within Adelaide CBD, and as far out north as Gawler in the Northern suburbs.
- We charge for any parking fees that may be incurred by our therapists.
- We travel further than 15km so please call us for a travel surcharge quote. If we happen to have a therapist working in your area we will not charge you the travel surcharge.
- A surchage applies for after 5pm and weekend bookings
minimum booking time
- Home/Hotel visits require a 1 hour minimum booking per therapist
- Pamper Parties and corporate massage require a minimum 2 hour booking per therapist
booking & cancellation policy
- Pamper Party booking require 25% non refundable deposit on booking with the remaining amount due at least one week before your booking date.
- Home massage and Spa treatments require a credit card payment in full at the time of booking. If more than 24 hours notice is given then a full refund in the form of a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded.
loyalty cards
We like to reward our customers for their on-going support and loyalty. Therefore we have a loyalty card system in place that earns you gifts such as free treatments or the equivalent in skin care products every time you use our service. Buying gift vouchers, skin care and referring friends and family will also earn you points.
